How a 30-day pilot works

Run one real contract through Resalute Ops360 for a month. No procurement drama, no data lock-in, and a clear decision at the end.

Week 1 — Stand up

  • Create the workspace and load one contract, one site, and your real trades.
  • Import existing assets and open work orders from CSV.
  • Invite three to five users and set roles.

Week 2 — Run live work

  • Route real intake through the platform: email, portal, or manual entry.
  • Technicians complete work on mobile with photos, signatures, and GPS clock-in.
  • Turn on preventive maintenance schedules for the assets that matter most.

Week 3 — Prove compliance

  • Load the PWS and build the compliance matrix and deliverable calendar.
  • Run QASP inspections against real performance objectives.
  • Track vendor certifications, invoices, and CLIN burn.

Week 4 — Report and decide

  • Generate the COR-ready packet for the period and schedule monthly delivery.
  • Review SLA compliance, inspection scores, and exception counts against baseline.
  • Decide to expand, adjust scope, or walk away — your data exports either way.

What "successful" looks like

  • Every work order has a documented SLA outcome and completion evidence.
  • Preventive maintenance is scheduled and auto-generating work.
  • One month of contract performance can be produced in a single click.
  • Field techs can complete a job on a phone without calling the office.
What we need from you: one contract or site, a named operations owner, and roughly two hours in week one. Everything else runs on your normal workday.
